Newport Utilities is leading broadband access expansion in rural Cocke County through a phased FTTH rollout and hybrid fixed-wireless deployment. In partnership with Morristown Utilities and Ericsson, the utility now provides service to over 8,000 rural homes and businesses, delivering reliable, high-speed connectivity across challenging terrain.
